Juan Manuel Salazar, 77, of Raymondville died Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Harlingen. He was born June 22, 1930 to Juan and Anita (Flores) Salazar.

He is survived by his sons, Juan (Maria Teresa) G. Salazar, Eloy (Virginia) Salazar, Victor Salazar, and Juan Carlos Salazar, all of Raymondville; four daughters, Natalia Salazar of McAllen, Rosa Maria (Armando) Salazar, Anna Maria (Fernando) Salazar, Rebecca (Rene) Salazar all of Raymondville; sister, Olivia Chavez of Mexico; 20 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on November 2. Burial followed at Raymondville Cemetery.
