Bounty hunters arrested for aggravated assault after holding wrong man at gunpoint

      Three bounty hunters looking for a Raymondville man were arrested for aggravated assault and unlawful restraint after they apprehended the wrong man, and held him and three passengers at gunpoint near a restaurant on E. Hidalgo Avenue early yesterday morning.

Guerra's no show in court causes charges to drop against admitted baby-killer

      A teenage mother who made a confession in the death of her newborn baby will have her capital murder charges dismissed by a local justice of the peace. This due to Willacy County Juan Angel "Johnny" Guerra's absence in court yesterday morning for her evidentiary hearing.
