 THE FIRST ALBERT TIJERINA RELAYS HELD - During a dedication ceremony on February 16, RISD Superintendent Johnny Pineda honored Coach Albert Tijerina, a 23 year teaching and coaching veteran, by commemorating the track meet in his name and presenting his family members with plaques. Twelve Rio Grande Valley schools were on hand to compete. |
