ILLEGAL ALIEN COUNT AT ICE UNIT HITS 1,914 County Judge Pro-tem paused in front of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Detention Center during one of his frequent visits. "This is good news for the county," Vera yelled from his truck. MTC will have almost 1,000 employees working at the ICE Unit and the 500-bed U.S. Marshals facility by years end.
