LYFORD WOMEN'S CLUB MEETS WITH "TEA PARTY" THEME
Lyford Women's Club met Saturday in the Bethel Lutheran Church fellowship hall for the annual May luncheon. A three-course luncheon was served, on china, by hostesses, Carolyn Kersten, Maria Million, Linda Nicholas and Wanda Greenhill, assisted by Amy Lees. Many of those attending wore their best hats and party dresses. Joy Bennack presented the program on reading and favorite books.

Lyford Women's Club is preparing to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its organization, shortly after the Lyford community was established.
