Enrique and Delia (Castañeda) Uribe, formerly of Raymondville and who reside in Carrizo Springs, TX, have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Enrique and Delia married on May 24, 1959 in Raymondville, TX with a reception at the White Wing Hotel. They are both retired educators. Enrique's last assignment was as a superintendent of schools at Carrizo Springs, TX. Delia's last assignment was as a Speech Language Pathologist for the Carrizo Springs CISD. Both taught for 35 years.

Both Enrique and Delia are Raymondville High School graduates. Their family includes Carlos Uribe and his wife, Debbie, and they reside in Mission, TX.
