JESSICA SECOY, daughter of Kimberly and Kit Moore of Corpus Christi, TX will graduate as Salutatorian from the 2009 class at Tuloso-Midway High School. Jessica is the granddaughter of Boscoe and Arlette Cole of Raymondville. While at Tuloso- Midway, Jessica was National Honor Society president, Vice President of Student Council, and Vice President of FFA. She also played varsity basketball for four years, and was elected to the first team All District as Co-Defensive Player of the year. She is attending Texas A&M in the fall.
