Veronica Marie Vela and Karson Lee Williams were united in Holy Matrimony on May 16, 2009 by Pastor Juan Cantu at Bethel United Methodist Church in Raymondville.

Maid of honor was Melisa Vela, sister of the bride, best man, Farrell Williams, brother of the groom.

Reception followed at Montebello Ballroom in Harlingen, TX.

Veronica is employed as a registered nurse at VBMC Intensive Care Unit. Karson is employed by Williams Farms and is a volunteer firefighter in Raymondville.

Veronica is the daughter of Homer and Janie Vela of Raymondville.

Karson is the son of Kim and Roland Williams of Sebastian and the late Janet Williams.
