ON MAY 20, 2009, AT3 ROBERT J. WEAVER received his Petty Officer test results and found that he made Petty Officer 3rd class. AT3 Weaver was able to take the Petty Officer test 6 months early due to an EP (early promote) on his evaluation. Weaver's Test results placed him in the top ten percent of all petty oficers who took the test at the same time. AT3 Weaver also received his Air Warfare Pin (shown in picture) on June 15, 2009. Weaver has been in the U.S. Navy for 2 years and is on his first deployment aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN 69. He is the son of Charles and Eva Dina Weaver and grandson of Santiago V. and Dina Fonseca, all of Raymondville. AT3 Weaver now resides in Norfolk, VA with his wife, Alisa, and two daughters, Catience and Elizabeth.
