Amy Nicole Guerrero, 21, of Sebastian, TX, was granted her angel wings on Friday, October 2, 2009, and has gone to be with the Lord.

She was born on January 6, 1988 to Juan and Elvira (Sherry) Guerrero, Jr. of Sebastian, TX.

She leaves behind her parents: Juan and Elvira (Sherry) Guerrero Jr., two sisters: Yvonne Guerrero of Sebastian, TX, and Vickie Lynn Guerrero of Texas City, TX, one brother: Johnny Joe Guerrero of San Benito, TX, Maternal grandparents: Lazaro and Francisca Garcia of Sebastian, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Juan and Consuelo Guerrero.

Amy attended Lyford High School and graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2006. She was currently employed with MTC Willacy Detention Center and ATHC Provider Services Inc. Amy touched many lives and will be remembered for her loving heart and free spirited personality.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be her uncles: Daniel Garcia, Roel Garcia, Ramiro Garcia, Leonel Garcia, Richard Garcia, and Lazaro Garcia, Jr., and her brother Johnny Joe Guerrero will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009, with a rosary to be recited at 7 PM tonight, at Rudy Garza Funeral Home in Harlingen, TX.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2009 with time pending, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Lyford, TX. Burial to be followed at Guadalupe Cemetery in Sebastian, TX.

She is and will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends.
