ON OCTOBER 18, 2009 JUDGE GEORGE E. SOLIS, Willacy County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 was elected President of the South Texas Justice of the Peace and Constables Association, Inc. Judge Solis will serve a one year term and represent an eighty-eight (88) county area in the State of Texas. The area covered by the Association is from Del Rio to Victoria, Texas and south. Congratulations to Judge Solis, he is the first Willacy County Justice of the Peace in history of the Association to serve at this prestigious position.
