HOUSTON - Melba Ernestine Carlisle, 85, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009 at Tomball Regional Hospital in Tomball, TX. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, 1 p.m., December 29, at Lyford Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Rick Lofton officiating.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Clarence Carlisle of Atlanta and Jerry Coyt Carlisle of Magnolia and one daughter, Marian Shirlene Lofton of Houston. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Rachelle Luthe, William Coyt Lofton and Mary Katherine Solley; three great grandchildren, Summer Luthe, Logan Luthe and Kylye Lofton.
