Raymundo Salazar, 58, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2009 at his home in Raymondville, TX. Graveside service was held Monday, 11 a.m., December 28, at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

He is survived by his son, Leroy Salazar of Raymondville; four daughters, Yolanda Salazar of Raymondville, Ida Salazar of Houston, Cindy (Jerry) Reta of Raymondville and Lori Pena of Houston; his brothers and sisters, Sylvia (Juan) Guajardo of Stillman, Enrique (Ana) Salazar of San Perlita, Tomas (Maria) Salazar and Carolina (Felipe) Gonzalez both of Dallas, Olga (Arturo) Diaz of McKinney, Delia (May) Carrales of Kingsville, Angie (Raul) Torrez and Suzie (Estevan) Siaz both of Iowa, Lucy Resendez of Corpus Christi, Jessica Salazar of California, Rosie Salazar of Allen and Marta (Domingo) Diaz of McKinney. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus Maria and Casimira Salazar.
