MANUEL MACIAS

ROBSTOWN - Manuel Macias, 59, went to be at peace on Sunday, January 10, 2010. He was born on May 23, 1950 in Robstown, Texas to Ambrocio and Carolina Gutierrez Macias. He was a Catholic and a long time resident of Robstown, TX and he will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Caolina Gutierrez Macias.

He is survived by his two daughters, Cynthia Macias (Gerardo) Zamora of Mission, TX and Sandra M. (Eddie) Pedraza of Raymondville, TX; his father, Ambrocio Macias of Robstown, TX; two brothers, Angel Macias of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Johnny (Pat) Macias of Ben Bolt, TX; his four sisters, Lupe (Mike) Gonzales, Cande Elizalde both of Annaville, TX, Carolina (Ben) Mungia of Lewisville, TX and Julie Furstenau of San Antonio, TX. He was also blessed with four grandchildren, Clarissa J. Pedraza, Edward M. Pedraza, Zachery I. Zamora, and Ethan L. Zamora and other relatives and friends.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, TX. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Robstown, TX. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, TX.
