WILLACY COUNTY ART LEAGUE MEMBERS attended oil and acrylic workshop given by Charles Gruppe of Maine.

Shown, from left to right, Myrilla Sparhawk, Claudia Wilson, Charles Gruppe, Cissie Watson, and Ruth Ann Taylor. Gruppe is an internationally known impressionistic painter who is represented in over 5,000 private and public collections.

The four day workshop was held in Harlingen and organized by Raymondville artist Judee Soendker.
