THE QUILTERS OF GATEWAY RV PARK work each week making quilts to be donated to various organizations while they are making Raymondville their winter home. So far this winter they delivered 38 quilts to Retama Manor and 37 to Child Protective Services. Two were given to Gateway residents while they were recovering in Retama Manor after hip surgery. They have a few more quilts finished and will decide later where they will be donated.
