Raymondville - Joel Finnesgard’s Sound of the Trumpet will be performing at the First Baptist Church this Sunday, February 21st at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. In the past decade Joel has recorded six albums and given over 700 performances. He travels throughout the United State and Canada with his wife June and two children, Joy (3) and Josiah (1).

Sound of the Trumpet concerts include a blend of traditional and contemporary music described as easy listening, uplifting and inspirational. The music is enhanced by a multimedia presentation. Hymn histories, scripture and testimonies are interwoven during the performances.
