Mary Elizabeth McGary went to her heavenly home on February 17, 2010 at the age of 95.

She was born to Charles and Mary Palmer on March 13, 1914 in Raymondville, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.D. McGary, son William (Buck) McGary and daughter Odie Marie Robinson.

She leaves behind one sister, Judy Means of Rocky, OK; son, George “LaRue” McGary of College Station; and daughters, Mary Denmark of Lyford, and Shirley (Roy) McWhorter of Alice, TX.

She also leaves behind many, many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held at the Lyford Evergreen Cemetery on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 2 p.m.
