TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITYSAN MARCOS announces that Bianca R. Rangel of Sebastian, TX earned “Dean’s List” recognition for excellent academic performance for the Fall 2009 semester.

Texas State students must complete 12 semester hours and earn a minimum GPA of 3.5 to be recognized for the “Dean’s List.”

Bianca is the daughter of Frank and Esmeralda Rangel and is a 2008 Lyford High School graduate.
