CISSIE WATSON was chosen 2nd place winner in the pastel division of the 39th International Art Show in Brownsville. The juried exhibition is on display at the Brownsville Museum of Fine Art until May 1, 2010.

Cissie has a degree in art from TWU and is currently the president of the Willacy County Art League.
