WILLACY COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS, were fighting a house fire on Thursday afternoon. The fire lasted hours until the fireman were able to control the situation. Willacy County Volunteer Fire Departments worked together as a team very well. The firemen had to use their fire truck to water the roof of the house as seen above in the photo. The house is located on the corner of Willams County Rd. and Sandia County Rd. in between Lyford and Sebastian far from any other houses. This case is still under investigation.
