Please allow me to use this letter to notify the people of Raymondville and the Willacy County Navigation District that I have resigned my position as Port Director and General Manager of Port Mansfield Public Utility District PUD, effective in November. I will be working parttime for both districts and will be moving to Corpus Christi, during this time period.

Claudia and I want all of you to know what a great honor it has been to be teachers in your school system and also to express my appreciation to be allowed to manage one of the great assets of Willacy County and the Valley, namely Port Mansfield. It has been our home for 21 years and we have many good memories of our time in Port. Please accept our sincere best regards and thanks.
