David was a beloved husband, father and friend. He passed away July 31, 2010 after a brief illness. He was a career United States Air Force officer who enjoyed traveling the world. In later years, he spent quality time with his wife of 24 years, Sissy, his daughter, Lisa, and her family, and his two German Shepherds, Mac and Sarge.

He will be missed by his many friends and his family in Texas and Louisiana. But no matter where God led him, he always supported his Dallas Cowboys and prayed the Texas A&M Aggies would beat Texas.
