JUSTIN DURAN, STATE BOUND AGAIN - Justin Duran, a junior at Raymondville High School, placed 1st in the Texas High School Powerlifting Association’s Regional Meet in Kingsville, TX. He is presently ranked 1st in the State in the 198 lb division. His lift total was 1,615 lbs. Justin will be traveling to Abilene, TX for the State Powerlifting Meet on March 27. He has also advanced to the state level of competition in band. He will participate in the State Solo and Ensemble Meet in May. Justin is the son of Robert and Eva Duran.
